Chandigarh Police Constable Recruitment: Eligibility Criteria: –

Qualification: – Candidates applying for the Constable (Executive) position in Chandigarh Police should have successfully completed 12th Pass from a recognized board.

Driving Skills: – Possession of a valid driving lincense to drive both, two-wheelers and four-wheel vehicles, in mandatory for male candidates of all categories as on the date of submission of online application.

Computer Skill: – Candidates should have basic knowledge of computer skill from any recognized institute in line of GOI/MHA No.25019/01/2018-PM-II dated 5th November 2018 and Chandigarh Administration Home Department No.10385-HIII (1) 2018/23703 Dated 14 November 2018.

Age Limit: – The age limit varies for different categories of candidates.

  • Between 18 to 25 years for General category candidates.
  • Between 18 to 28 years for OBC category candidates.
  • Between 18 to 30 years for SC category candidates.

Application fee: – The application fee for the post is Rs.800/- for General Category and OBC candidates and Rs.1000/- for SC/ST candidates.
